The Campus Art Loan Program operates under the jurisdiction of the University Art Galleries to provide art for departments and offices across campus. The goal of the program is to put art in public areas so that students and employees can view art wherever they go on campus. The Campus Art Loan Program is a collection of both original works and reproductions. Selections are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Offices requesting art must meet minimum requirements in terms of security and environmental factors. Loans are for six months and may be renewed.
